We have openings for experienced Actionscript and Flex developers to develop our next product. We are looking for the following skills:
- Actionscript 2.0 or 3.0 programming experience
- Flex/MXML experience (desirable)
- PHP and MySQL experience (desirable)
- Experience with client-server programming
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
- Experience with writing custom UI components
- Good English communication skills
Most importantly, we are looking for strong programmers who are excited about technology and interested in exploring new areas. Ability to take initiative and work as part of a small team is critical.
We have immediate requirements for 2D artists. The following skills are required:
- Experience or interest in creating art for games
- Proficiency in Adobe Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good drawing skills
- Experience in converting paper-based concept sketches into finished computer-based art assets
- Good English communication skills
We currently have openings for game designers in our organization. Your duties will include:
- Designing new easy to learn, fun to play games targeted at schoolchildren
- Working closely with artists and programmers to ensure that the game designs are implemented to high quality
- Tuning and testing the games to make them challenging and entertaining
- Providing design input for other parts of our educational gaming product
We are looking for candidates who love games and have previous exposure to game design. Experience in art and animation software such as Flash and Photoshop is a plus.
